Ordering with Us

  1. Tell us what you’re looking for on the Get Started page.
  2. We’ll build your mini store and send you the link for review.
  3. When everything looks good, send your ministore link to your group so they can order!


Printing & Prep

Our pricing is competitive, especially when including free shipping. Our t-shirts start at $25, sweatshirts start at $35, beanies start at $20, to give you a ballpark. Prices will go up from there depending on whether you want a basic or premium product, or if you want additional customizations such as printing on the back, front, and side of a sweatshirt, for example. We do our best to keep swag affordable. 

Traditionally, printing apparel has meant that many items had to be printed and paid for at once in a single run. With modern printing technology, we can print and ship when someone needs a single item. This makes ordering and payment much easier for large groups, and can reduce unnecessary waste and hassle.

Because on-demand printing is customized and shipped to individuals, it requires more time than traditional printing. We recommend submitting your Get Started request at least 3-4 weeks from the day you want to receive your items. This timeline includes:

  • 1 week for our team to finalize your artwork and build your mini-store
  • 1 week for graphic design, add more time for complex designs (optional) 
  • 2 weeks for print production and shipping

For groups of 10 or more, we will set up 5 items for free. You are welcome to add as many items as you like, but each additional item added to your store will include a $25 setup fee.  

For small groups, there is a one-time setup fee of $50 that covers the mini-store and the first 5 items. For additional items there is $25 setup fee for each item.

We accept most file types (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai, .indd, .eps, .gif). 

By submitting artwork to, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary legal rights to print that artwork. This means you have either created artwork, purchased artwork with the correct rights, or obtained written permission from the original creator to use it.

Files must be vector or high resolution (350dpi) bitmap. Vector is preferred. Please note if you submit artwork that is low resolution or needs to be edited for print, graphic design fees may be incurred. We will give you a quote before doing any work on formatting your artwork. To be on the safe side, please provide the highest quality graphics or artwork available.


We have a full service graphic design team in house! Custom Group Swag is owned by design and marketing company Cambridge Creative Group. We are seasoned design professionals who can accommodate a wide range of graphic needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know what you are looking for.

You sure can. As long as artwork is formatted properly, we can use different files on different items. 

Yes we do offer a range of eco-conscious products! Please make sure to mention this on the Get Started page or contact us directly to talk through options.

We have access to a large database of customizable items. If you don’t see something you want listed in our Catalogue, send us a message and let us know what you’re looking for. We may be able to get it in stock.

Pricing & Costs

  • For groups of 10 people or more, setup fees are waived for up to 5 items. 
  • For smaller groups for fewer than 10 people, we charge a $50 setup fee that covers the cost of your artwork and mini-store setup.
  • For all groups, each additional item beyond the initial 5 items will incur a $25 setup fee. So if you want 7 items, the first 5 items are free and then you pay a one-time fee of $25 each for setup of the two extra items.

We do order bulk discounts. To access the discount, orders must be placed directly through our customer service center. Here’s the breakdown:

  • 25 items: 5% discount 
  • 50 items: 7% discount
  • 100 items: 10% discount
  • 200 items: 13% discount
  • 300 items: 15% discount
  • 400 items: 18% discount
  • 500+ items: 20% discount

Note: bulk orders are not eligible for returns.

Graphic design services vary widely depending on your need. For a basic T-shirt designs, custom graphics may cost around $80-$100. For more advanced design, including logo design or illustration, design costs will be higher depending on the amount of design time required. We also offer more advanced design, such as print layout and website design. Please contact us for a quote.

Our prices are set through careful market research, taking into account the cost of production as well as the time it takes to customize products and create mini-stores. We do our best to keep pricing as competitive as possible. That said, if you are looking to make things more affordable, please contact us for a 10% coupon code for orders and design.
