RETURN POLICY

Thank you for ordering through CustomGroupSwag.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if one of your items arrives defective, you may return it to us for store credit. Due to the nature of customized print-on-demand merchandise, we are able to offer a limited return policy. Please see below for more information. 
 
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS 
To return an item, please complete a return request at https://customgroupswag.com/returns. If your return requests meets our return policy criteria, we will process your return and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging including your RMA number, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
 
REFUNDS 
We offer store credit for defective items, items that were manufactured incorrectly, or items ordered mistakenly by Custom Group Swag employees. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase of the item, excluding sales tax. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS
 The following items cannot be returned:
 
     ●     Bulk orders
     ●     Sale and discounted items
     ●     Any item that cost the buyer less than $15
     ●     Items purchased with buyers remorse
     ●     Items damaged due to user mistreatment or misuse
     ●     Items damaged in transit (please contact the shipping carrier to make a claim)

     ●     Customers may not request more than 1 return every 3 months.
